Redmi is scheduled releasing the Redmi A3, a new entry-level smartphone, in India on February 14, which also happens to be Valentine's Day, according to confirmation from the Chinese smartphone manufacturer. The company's official website has shown a landing page for the next smartphone that will take the place of last year's Redmi A2. Here are all the specifics on the next launch.

The Redmi A3, a forthcoming smartphone from Xiaomi, is said to include the MediaTek Helio G36 CPU and is known to have a 5000 mAh battery backup. A 6.71-inch HD+ IPS LCD screen with Corning Gorilla Glass protection, 1600 x 720 pixel resolution, and a refresh rate of 90 Hz is also anticipated for the Redmi A3. The phone's specifications include an octa-core MediaTek Helio G36 processor built on a 12nm process, 4GB of LPDDR4x RAM, 4GB of virtual memory, and 128GB of eMMC 5.1 storage—which could be expanded to 1TB with the use of an external microSD card.
